Sausage Balls


Traditional Southern snack.


1 lb. hot country sausage (like Neese's)
2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
3 cups Bisquick


Preheat oven to 350.

Blend the ingredients together by hand until the Bisquick is completely incorporated. Roll into golf ball sized balls.

Bake for 15 minutes.
