Texas Rub

If you don't have all 3 types of paprika, simply substitute with the type you do have. This would be good on pretty much any kind of meat or vegetable.

1 tablespoon hot paprika
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon ground coffee
1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
