This might not really be worthy of a mention, but I include it in the interest of completeness. It's my basic marinade for flank steak (or any other kind).
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Marinate for as long as time allows.
