This is a great alternative to the traditional cream cheese fruit dips.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar or honey
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Dash of ground nutmeg
1 1/3 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt
Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in small bowl. Stir in yogurt.
Serve with fresh fruit.
