Grilled Corn Salad

6 ears of corn, shucked
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
2 scallions, sliced
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon chili powder

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Grill the corn, turning occasionally, until slightly charred, 3-4 minutes. Cut the kernels off the cob, place in a medium bowl, and toss with the butter, scallions, cilantro, salt, and chili powder.
