Strawberries with Crunchy Almond Topping

6 cups sliced strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons amaretto (almond-flavored liqueur)
6 amaretti cookies, crushed
6 tablespoons reduced-fat sour cream


Combine first 3 ingredients in a bowl. Cover and chill 4 to 8 hours (or overnight). Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Sprinkle with crushed cookies; top with sour cream.
